Software Engineer for AI Training Data Onboarding Dashboard

We've created a streamlined onboarding process to join as a Software Engineer for AI Training Data which can be accomplished in 1 week or less. We purposely perform most of these steps asynchronously because most of the RLHF work is async and self guided.

Step 1: Carefully read through the job posting (35 min)

Learn in depth about the role, responsibilities, and requirements to ensure you understand what the position entails.

Step 2: Complete a technical assessment (35 min)

You will be sent a test. For standard RLHF positions, this involves a simple RLHF code review. For front-end RLHF developers, there is a specialized front-end RLHF test.

Step 3: Platform access and project assignment (10 min)

Receive platform credentials, pass ID verification, and you will be assigned to a project based on your skills and our current needs.

Step 4: Training course completion (75 min)

Go through a comprehensive training course specific to your project. Pay close attention to detail as the course has no retakes. All the answers are contained within the course materials, so take thorough notes or study carefully. You must pass this assessment to receive tasks.
